The RMAN tablespace recovery would be the quickest I believe. Why not
make some of the partitions read-only if the data is not going to be
updated any more.

One of DBA had dropped the Wrong tablespace for the PArtitioned table.
The
Datafile exist on the system. How to recover the Tablespace as it
contains
crucial data. RMAN backup also available along with Archive as well as
