Why don't you install one? See on http:// www.cygwin.com
<http://www.cygwin.com> and http:// http://www.gcc.org
<http://www.gcc.org> Also, I believe
that you can find what you need on http:// <http://www.activestate.com>
www.activestate.com <http://www.activestate.com> . Alternatively, you can
ditch windoze and
switch to Linux.

Since there does not appear to be a version of dbd-oracle for Perl 5.8 on windows, any suggestions on how to access Oracle from Perl. I do not have a C compiler and thus can not compile the source.
