Angel Perez,您好!
hi, but from the tkprof report, the oracle on solaris is faster, sun:
Execute 594624 18.19 16.82 0 0 0 0 Fetch 594624 74.80 71.91 0 594624 2378496 0 total 1189249 92.99 88.73 0 594624 2378496 0 linux: Execute 594624 40.11 37.16 0 0 0 0 Fetch 594624 119.68 117.39 2 594624 2378496 0 ------- ------ -------- ---------- ----- ---------- ---------- ---- total 1189249 159.83 154.58 2 594624 2378496 0 Sun took 88.73 second and linux took 154.58 seconds(why elapsed time smaller than cpu time?) And another question is that why not try index on the table when tuning this sql? and your sql is a simple query, why so much data read in current mode(2378496)? It seems strange.
