RE: IOUG Get together?

This is by far the best Oracle get together in the western hemisphere. Nearly everyone will learn something, and obviously the more junior list participants will learn the most. If it is possible to go, then go. I will not be attending, raising a low to mid-functioning autistic child makes it impossible for me to be way from home. I will however be there in spirit especially at the get-togethers. I sure wish the IOUG conference would return to San Francisco so I could meet all on this list who have been so helpful.

I'm paying my own way and using vacation time. Admittedly, the registration fee is waived because I am presenting but the rest of the expenses are not.
