Need Some Advice

I have a potential project on the horizon where I would be the project manager for a mass DB conversion to 9.2. I would like to know of a paper or anyone having suggestions as to how to tackle this - key tasks, potential problem areas, testing, etc. The project will probably run about seven months.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
