Rachel,

The reception is from 5:30 - 8:00 so I figure if we start the list get-together 7ish, that gives people time to get the free drinks (if there even are any this year:) from the reception. But that's just my opinion. What does the rest of the group say?

according to the conference tickets I received, the welcome reception is Monday night. You might want to make the get-together a bit later :)
