Dead easy, same as the database block size should be identified. Different block sizes are designed only for transporting tablespaces from an OLTP system to a staging database before summarization into a data warehouse. There is so little in the way of performance gains in using different block sizes for different objects that there are far more important tuning efforts to be done before even considering this as a tuning tool.

What's the best way to determine the optimal tablespace blocksize?
