How could the DBA support be 24x7 ? It certainly can't be 2 or 3 people on
12 or 8
hour shifts for only $4K per month. It must be offsite support. So what's the
response time you would get when you call ? Do you get a designated /
committed DBA ?
The 24x7 seems fishy.
