I'd be leary of giving any one company too much control of my business, perhaps you should consider hiring a newbie OCP. By the time he's trained enough to want more salary, you'll be big enough to afford it, and already have trained personnel on hand. There are quite a few capable individuals out there who'd work for $48k but just can't show enough experience on their resume to get hired for that sort of position. All depends on what kind of support you need, as obviously Oracle will know what they're doing, but they'll be trying to squeeze you for cash, while the new guy will need training.
