Presumably with the expected answer 'You must be kidding if you think I'd tell you that'.
On another tack I do have a srt of problem with the 'default password is change_on_install' since, although this is technically still true, the creation assistants will *make* you change it as of 9i. So if you use the standard Oracle tools the answer should be in my opinion anyway 'it depends'. It's a bit like saying that the default system tablespace in 9.2 is locally managed, it isn't, but the Oracle tools default to the syntax that creates it locally managed.
