Rollback segment usage ALERTS !!!

Hi List,

I need to get an Alert whenever a certain UNDO BLOCKS / Blocks_changed ( V$sess_io ) have been used by an individual session. Here I have few questions.
1. How to reach a conclusion to set a threshold value for UNDO BLOCKS / USED_BLOCKS ( v$transaction )??
2. Is there any way to use the statspack for this 3. If you have set up this kind of alert for your database with any script , would mind sharing it with us
