Niall,
After pressing the Send button, i too tried google.
Though i came up with a bunch of sites, not one of
them
had this particular quote, and was surprised.
I read this quote long time ago, and hence i am forced to trust my memory and NOT google.
Regarding God not playning dice , here you have something -->
Exit Albert (Einstein), Enter Hawking (Stephen)
(ie) God does play dice, but in those areas where man cannot see (Black Holes). Probably this is what Einstein missed.
In my openion, time will tell if Einstein was correct in predicting the limit of 'C' (Speed of light), and may be one day Physics will find a way to circumvent C, without breaking the Special Relativity, and alas, that probably depends on how far man understands the fabric of space and time.
