Be careful using Access when copying tables to Oracle Via ODBC...
Otherwise you might end up with Oracle tablenames and columns that have mixed case.
If you use then SQL*Plus everything gets converted to upper case unless in quotes...and thus cannot be found.
Ran into this once about 5 years ago...You may need to verify if it still occurs.

The intermediate tables most likely will not be in the same format as the application tables and the data may need to be cleansed / transformed to fit into Oracle. The intermediate tables will reflect the format of the Access / legacy DB.
