I used it once a few versions ago; ran into issues with regards case-sensitive tables and other drek.
I decided to just extract the table data from access and insert into Oracle via SQL*Loader, and was happy to do it. Then a bit ago I tried using the migration tool again with 9.2, and discovered it much easier and effective. I'd suggest giving it a try before diving into SQL*Loader ;-)
