The docs are your friend.

Likewise, browsing the $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin directory can be enlightening.

Look for sp*.sql scripts.

we have migrated db from 8.1.6 to 8.1.7.4 . Now when I run statapck report I am getting some errors . It looks like statspack internal tables are changed . Is there any script by oracle which does statspack migration or I will have to drop and recreate it ?
