Would you trust just relinking RDBMS alone? If I read the *original* question it asks how to relink options too. Now, I may not be a wiz, but if "relink ALL" does it for me, I'll take it.

well gee whiz! The original question was how to relink the rdbms, not the rdbms, tns, et all that relink all does.

Disclaimer: This is how we do it on HPUX but it really should be the same for you.

Good day / night to everyone

After 9.2.0.1 installation on AIX system, I was informed that apropriate patch
(AIX OS patch) wasn't installed in the first place.

So, after installing that AIX patch, I have to relink Oracle manually.

How to do that?

Beside standard options, I have installed "spatial" and "OLAP / DataMining"
options. Do they need separate relink?
