lock_sga parameter on win2k

Hi list

I'm trying to pin the sga using the lock_sga=true option. Unfortunately, I keep getting the following error on win2k:

ORA-27102: out of memory
OSD-00025: Message 25 not found; product=RDBMS; facility=SOSD

O/S-Error: (OS 8) F|r diesen Befehl ist nicht gen|gend Speicher verf|gbar.
=> which means: Not enough memory to execute this command successfully.

This happens everytime I try to startup the instance. I'm on Oracle 9.2.0.1.0.
The only interesting thing I found on Metalink is the following:

"The ability to lock the SGA in memory is provided by Oracle on a number of platforms with the LOCK_SGA and LOCK_SGA_AREAS (obsolete in 8.1) init.ora parameters, do you have LOCK_SGA set? If so, this is not available on Windows and will cause startup to return ORA-27102, this is documented in BUG:642267 with Abstract: LOCK_SGA=TRUE RESULTS IN ORA-27102: OUT OF MEMORY that is fixed in Oracle9.2

Although the following article reads as WIN NT it applies to WIN 2000 as well:

Looks like lock_sga doesn't even work on Win2k, but I'm not quite sure about that. Anyway, I shouldn't get an ORA-27102 at all, even with the parameter set. Any ideas ? Apply patch set 3 ? I couldn't find any e
