Oracle options

Hello

Could anyone please tell how to find out whether following options are actually initialized

Oracle Spatial
Oracle interMedia
Oracle Visual Information Retrieval
Oracle Text

V$OPTION is not of any use, except "Parallel Server" and "Java" all other parameters are "TRUE", which is not true!
