Hi!
You didn't send your SHARED_POOL_SIZE parameter
value...
but...
usually, when the machine swaps is due to not enough memory allocated!
I would check your shared_pool_size, sort_area_size, and db_block_buffer for verifying that there's enough memory asigned.
Of course, you should diagnose memory problems on your OS and Oracle.
