I remember seing this with some specific versions of tkprof, but I
forgot all details. I would recommend using tkprof from a new (8.1.7 or
9.2) release independent of the release that produced the trace file.
In particular the 9.2 version is nice as it also reads and understands
the WAIT lines produced by 10046 level 8.
