Is raid 1+0 (2x2) that much faster than a four disk raid 5? How many controllers are you talking about?
Oh by the way, I'm new here, I'm not used to top posting and leaving all the previous messages, but I don't want to break etiquette if that's desired here, how do you like your answers? (usually I trim and post to the bottom)
