V$LOCK and V$LOCKED_OBJECTS

I'd like to "join" V$LOCK & V$LOCKED_OBJECTS, but I've been spectacularly unsuccessful. So I'm asking for assistance. I suspect that I need to use a 3rd table or view, but I haven't found any common fields to link "associated" records together.
