hi all,
I have a problem when start oracle 9.2.0 on redhat 7.3 the error like =
this :
[oracle_at_serverdb oracle]$ dbstart
SQL*Plus: Release 9.2.0.1.0 - Production on Sat Mar 22 16:32:45 2003

SQL> ERROR:
ORA-12162: TNS:service name is incorrectly specified

SQL>
Database "" warm started.
Can't find init file for Database "dbserver". Database "dbserver" NOT started.
could anybody help me to solve it.
