OCP question

I passed the Intro to SQL and PL/SQL. It says on OTN I can take either that or the SQL test for either the DBA or Developer exam. Can I use it for both certifications?

Also, anyone who took the developer test. Im looking at the PL/SQL test. I have an older book and it discusses PL/SQL Builder, which is an antiquated tool and no longer exists in 9i. Didnt want to bother playing around with it. Do I need to for the test?
