Dennis,
I presume you are not in 9.2, otherwise it wouldn't be a problem. IF SOME SOPHISTICATED PASSWORD MANAGEMENT IS NOT IN PLACE (expiry date, etc.), then you can use the old trick of 'I change temporarily the password and restore it and nobody has seen anything'.
You can find various scripts doing this on the net, this is one of
