I find it interesting that some foreign countries like China and Russia have expressed interest in Linux for just this reason. They realized that maybe someday the CIA could bury some code to send information back to itself. In response, Microsoft is opening some of their source code to selected foreign nations. This article isn't going to help their suspicions :-0
