It's bundled with the Sybase client ... and Sybase were terrible when it came to making it available if you weren't a licenced user (no surprise, really). Does the "customer" (assuming this isn't you) still have the Sybase 11 CD? If not, I might be able to help out ... but I'll have to troll through a bunch of old CDs at home.
