Off topic indicators for a post:

does this message have anything to do with Oracle?
does it pertain to the functions of a DBA?
does it relate to 3rd party software that many of us are stuck with, and also happens to run on Oracle?
does it have to do with OS/HW issues that affect Oracle RDBMS?
...
