We are running into an issue here and I wanted to check to see if anyone has encountered it.

We are getting a Windows Event Viewer message stating an Oracle "Catastrophic Failure". It seems to be centered around the Oracle Services for Microsoft Transaction Server component. I am running 9i release 1.

Any ideas?
