dates

I have a table with 1 column. I want to populate it with the dates of all the fridays for the last 2 years and the next 2 years from sysdate.

so..

today is 14-JAN-2003

My column will have..

10-jan-2003
03-jan-2003
...
..
17-jan-2003
24-jan-2003

Any ideas?
