Hi,

Do you know about any limits for max. open files concerning use of utl_file. I'm writing a plsql program to dum several tables and make use of utl_file. I'm getting invalid operation when opening 12 files sequentially and when I rewrite the program to do this only when needed it disappears. Any idea, maybe this OS-dependent ?

Details: 7.3.4 HP-UX 10.20

Tia,

Jeroen
