You can resort to conventional Oracle backup and recovery (other folk will tell you all about that).
But if you have important data tables, you can audit them individually. We have. We also have people who are liable to do just this sort of thing. Using our auditing approach, we can recover immediately, even after a commit. Requires an audit table for each data table, with a pre-change trigger to capture each row before the DML statement.
