So turn on 10046 tracing and click on the "Scripts" tab on the RH pane of
the SB. Or use the OCI Spy functionality of TOAD (I think...)
Beware that different versions of TOAD generate the scripts differently. Version 7.4 (and probably 7.5 beta) have many new options in "reverse engineering" the DDL for objects. In fact, for LMTs, I think it generates too much text, like the STORAGE clause, which I don't want.

The only problem with TOAD I have is I soon forgot where information is stored to write the script by hand. It is a nice tool, I have been using it since late 96, but that's a problem with all GUIs ... Raj
