How about
select username, password from dba_users;
USERNAME PASSWORD ------------------------------ ------------------------ SYS D4C5016086B2DC6A SYSTEM D4DF7931AB130E37
This is part of the becomeuser script where you can change and then reset the password for a user
spool C:\reset.sql
select ' alter user &&1 identified by values ' ||''''|| password||''''||' profile '||profile||';' from dba_users where username = upper ('&&1') ; spool off;
