Use &1 &2 for the parameters passed from the command line. If you had (test.sql) a script like:
select &1 from dual;
exit;
and you write on the command line:
sqlplus Scott/tiger_at_db @test.sql 'kuku'
It will become:
select 'kuku' from dual;
