The following generates it for the entire database.
select owner, table_name, column_name
from dba_tab_columns
where nullable = 'N'
order by owner, table_name, column_id
For a single schema just add:
and owner = '<schemaname>'
to the where clause. If you want change the = to in and use a list of schemas.
