[Q] ORACLE 9.2 "SGA_MAX_size" cause SUN server crash ????

We are doing ORACLE 9.2.0.2 Enterprise Edition testing on SUN server
(Solaris 8). Currently one problem happen. If I put "SGA_MAX_size" entry
on init.ora file and restart database, the SUN server will crash and following messages on /var/adm/message file:

If I take out "SGA_MAX_size" entry from init.ora, the database run correctly. Does anyone knoe why SUN server crash?
