I am wondering if HR departments are using the Developer OCP to screen
candidates, and if that practice is correlated with the hiring of more
qualified employess.
Depends on your perspective I guess, I know there is a bit of a debate re. DBA OCP, I was wondering if the same debate exists for the Developer side.
