One thing my article did not cover was of course the
possibility that you end with up with a miniscule
"extent" size multiple in the bitmap because you have
to existing extent sizes that are close to being
relatively prime.
Will this hurt...dunno really. I haven't played with
deliberately distorting the bitmaps in this way
