Database Creation

i am using oracle 8.1.7
and have a product ready for release to the customer in my office. in the client's place, only the oracle is installed.

next step i presume is database creation to which my application will interact .. right ??

how do i make sure that the database i create is the same as the database in my office..
and could anyone of u give me the exact parameters for create database which are necessary.
