8.1.7. on WIN:
due to a bug - it seems - the following query returns an error:
SQL> SELECT TO_CHAR(SYSDATE, 'dd.mm.yyyy') from dual; SELECT TO_CHAR(SYSDATE, 'dd.mm.yyyy') from dual
*ERROR at line 1:
while it works fine on 8.0.5. and 8.1.6.!
does anyone know a way to change the query, so it will work on all version and there is no need for a patch?
