Oracle-L: RE: Why do I receive the mails late?

I have raised this before and never seen a good explanation. It is very frustrating to see a reply to a post prior to the post appearing.

What is even more frustrating is when you hit the send button and realise you have made a mistake or mistyped something. There is no way of withdrawing it and you still have 2 hours before you see it on the list
