The Clinical Systems Analyst is responsible for a broad range of systems-related activities within the Clinical Research Department. These include, but are not limited to the following:
Duties and Responsibilities:
·Designs, tests, and implements the clinical database and
clinical data screens
·Designs, tests, and implements standardized Clintrial meta data
objects
·Develops, tests, and documents programs to ensure the accuracy
and consistency of data
·Creates analysis databases using SAS and documents according to
SOPs
·Validates system upgrades
·Programs statistical tables and listings using SAS or other
software tools
Education and Experience:
·BS in Computer Science or related disciplines. MS is a plus.
·At least 3 years experience in the clinical data management
environement
·Demonstrated working knowledge of PL/SQL and SAS
·Experience with relational databases, especially ORACLE
·Technical documentation experience and exposure to validation
processes and procedures
·Flexible and proactive approach to work. Able to work both
independently and and collaboratively in a team environment
·Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Location/Salary:
Central New Jersey/$70K-$75K
