RE: Oracle Installer not launching in NT

Is the problem that the OUI does not launch or that it launches, does some installing and then suddenly stops??

I have s similar problem (Oracle Installer 8.1.6 / 8.1.7 not launching in NT) but on a Pentium 3 with NT4 SP5, anyone has a workround?

If it's a Pentium 4, it's a known bug. See MetaLink note 131299.1. The patch is 1507768.
