Just download the PDFs and store them on your computer. The HTMLs are worthless for download and rather ugly too. View the PDFs -- please don't print them...
Related side note: Does anyone know what actually caused the WTC towers to collapse? What caused the heat that weakened the steel structure? It wasn't burning jet-fuel. Although that stuff burns hot, it was atomized in the crashes and completely exhausted in seconds. The main culprit was paper. Tons and tons of paper on each floor, burning long enough and hot enough to weaken the steel structure of the building.
