ora 14130 when doing an alter table exchange partition

Hi.

I'm getting an ora-14130 error when trying to exchange

a partition with a table. Both table and partition have
the same set of the indices, constraints. All indices/constraints are enabled and have the same fields. The only way I can fix it is to rebuild the indices. Does anyone have any idea what may be wrong here?
