SQL Server is childs play. General Database Admin is pretty easy and most literate people can pick up skills quite fast. Watch out for this cos it can attract many cowboys doing tasks that you may not want them to.
Lots of GUI driven functionality.
And definitely no competition to Oracle.
Bill and his boys must stick with creating client operating systems like
Windoze.
