Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> Grant access to EVERYTHING w/out granting DBA privs.
I want to create a user and grant it access to all other users' objects, INCLUDING packages and procedures. I don't want to give the user DBA privs. Is this possible?
Basically, (for OracleApps shops), I want to give the id APPS user power w/out giving the id the apps password. The userid will need to bring up TOAD, or PL/SQL Developer and be able to see any users objects and procedures.
