The editor of choice for me is Ultraedit (www.idmcomp.com) At $25 per copy/seat
it's damned good. Syntax highlighting for C, HTML, and several others included
plus you can customize it very easily. Mine's set up for Pro*C, SQL, PL/SQL,
and SQR (via PeopleSoft). Also allows one to edit Unix files via FTP. Been
using it for three years now & I still haven't learned all of it's capabilities.
Sweet!!

Actually I like this little text editor:
http://www.fixedsys.com/context/
One of its advantages is its syntax highlighting. And it's free!
