Oracle-L: (no subject)

Hello All,
We are trying to install Oracle9i on RED HAT linux 7.2 and getting following message:

THE JAVA RUNTIME ENVIRONMENT WAS NOT FOUND AT TEMP/BIN/JAVA THE ORACLE UNIVERSAL INSTALLER CAN NOT BE RUN. I have looked through metalink but could not find anything satisfying. I would like to hear from someone who has an idea about overcoming this error.
